Uptown Espresso orders will ship via various preferred carriers. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.
All packages are protected 100% until the merchandise is delivered.
All shipment times are quoted in business or shipping days, UPS Next Day, and 2nd Day services are not available to deliver holidays or weekends.
We are not responsible for products after delivery from our shipping provider.

Orders over $99 – Free Ground Shipping.

Orders under $99 the shipping fee will be determined at checkout.

International Shipments:

Uptown Espresso does not ship outside the contiguous United States.

Processing Times

All orders will be processed and fulfilled within one business day. Drop Ship products and orders completed on Saturdays require additional processing time.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
